New Zealand is one of the countries that are open to permanent immigration of foreign nationals. You can check with the consulate on it and keep in mind the skill shortage in that country and groom yourself in the said area.
You can also explore pursuing a professional course in that country post your MBA.
You can also seek the help from immigration consultants & they can help you in the said area.
