I will give an IELTS or PTE exam. Is this sufficient for getting an admission at University of Western Australia for mechanical engineering?

I have scored 89% in the SSC exam. I have given an exam for HSC (science) and I am expecting 75%-85%.

    Dear Adam, IELTS is given higher preference over PTE so I will.suggest you give IELTS. Please visit their website for further requirements.
