i wish to study in UK. i have no monetary backbone whatsoever. is it possible to get scholarships that cover both tuition and living costs

i know for a fact that one needs to have a certain figure in the bank before visa is issued, also that brochures and admission forms too make a hole in the pocket. is it possible to give more than one scholarship exam to finance myself wholly.
