    Hi Pooja,
Its good to know that, you wish to study in UK.
There are plenty of universities in the UK, which offers scholarships to the international students.
The scholarships can be in the form of:
    1. Full Tution Fee waived off.
    2. Partially Tution fee waived off.
In order to avail these scholarships, the students need to apply as soon as possible.
There are no such universities in UK, which covers the living expense of a students, be it national or international student.
The living expense in London would be around 800 Pounds/Month approx.
and around 600 Pounds/Month approx, if you are living in other parts of the UK.

    Hi Pooja,
Education in most of the European universities is sponsored, so there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee.
To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary and the proposal in detail. Also, you need to write reason for doing the research and how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university.
For more information on education in UK, I would suggest you to get in touch with the British council.
    Hope this helps
    Thanks
