If I am doing B.Sc from botany and zoology, can I do M.Sc from biotechnology?

Graduation with any of the life sciences subjects is the eligibility criteria for M.Sc in biotechnology. So, you can pursue M.Sc in biotechnology.

Yes, you can. Anyone with UG related to life Science is eligible for M.Sc. Biotechnology.
