If I am not able to take admission in the round 1 of LPUNEST, can I get a chance in round-2? Will my scholarship amount remain the same?

Yes of course, you can attempt once again in the second phase. The scholarship amount depends on your score. Also, the scholarship amount keeps on changing with the phase in which you take admission, so it isn't likely to remain same. All the best.
