It is LPU national eligibility and schlorship test. LPU NEST is mandatory or not, This is depend on course to course. So first check the eligibility first of the specific course on LPU website. LPU NEST has two purposes I. e eligibility and scholarship. There are some courses in which LPU NEST is mandatory means you cannot join without giving it whereas there are few courses in which LPU NEST is given for scholarship only. The University is conducting remotely proctored online LPU NEST from home since month of May and will also continue same in July. LPU promotes following scholarship:
1. On the basis of marks in previous class
2. LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship
3. Some national level tests like JEE Mains, NATA NEET UCEED CAT XAT MAT CMAT NMAT GPAT GATE etc.

No dear, there is no extra fees to appear in LPUNEST mock test . You only need to submit application fees of test . Here I would also like to inform you that if you choose online mode to appear for test only then its required to appear in mock test before final exam, so that you will get familiar with exam's software beforehand and comfortably qualify test on final date at home .
On the other hand, If you choose test center based option then there is no mock test in that mode. You only need to visit test center by carry hall ticket alongwith other documents such as copy of application form, ID proofs etc.
