If I have qualified JEE Mains with 50 marks will I get a seat in NIT, Calicut for computer engineering? I belong to OBC category.

Merely having a valid score or clearing minimum marks specified for OBC will not get you anywhere. These days, OBC students are scoring quite handsomely and you need to score much more. For computer engineering that too in NIT-Calicut, you need to have a percentile of 70 in your category. -
