Hi Shikha,
No, clearing the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) exam won't help you get into IIT Bombay. Admission to IITs, including IIT Bombay, is strictly through the JEE Advanced exam. First, you need to clear JEE Main with a good score to qualify for JEE Advanced. Your rank in JEE Advanced will determine your chances of securing a seat in IIT Bombay, especially for competitive courses like Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech in CSE.
KEAM is only for engineering colleges in Kerala. For IITs, JEE is the only pathway.
Hope this clears things up. Good luck with your preparation!
