If I pursue BHM which is a 4-year course then is itadvantageous to go for in MBA degree because in BHM we are exposed to various industries?

The decision will be based on your interest because BHM is a different course than MBA. BHM is a Bachelors' degree and on completion will give you a chance to directly go for managerial positions in the hospitality industry whereas MBA is a post graduation course for better career prospects.
