If I score 85% in 12th HSC board exams and 110 marks in NATA entrance exam, can I get admission in CEPT University? I am from Maharashtra.

UG Courses: Candidates must have cleared Class XII exams with minimum 50% marks in all subjects. It may be noted that candidates can also secure direct admission in the third year of B.Arch course. However, such candidates should clear all subjects of first four semesters with minimum 60% marks secured in the first three semesters. Centre for Environment Planning & Technology University (CEPT University) provides admissions to candidates in UG, PG, and PhD courses under the streams of Architecture & Planning, Design, Management Studies, and Engineering. Minimum Eligibility Criteria for UG & PG Courses UG Courses: Candidates must have cleared Class XII exams with minimum 50% marks in all subjects. It may be noted that candidates can also secure direct admission in the third year of B.Arch course. PG Courses: In order to fulfill CEPT University eligibility criteria for admission in postgraduate courses, candidates should possess a Bachelors degree from a recognised college/ university. Admission Process CEPT University conducts entrance exams for admission in most courses offered by it. However, for some courses the varsity also provides admission on the basis of an interview only. UG Courses: CEPT University entrance exam is conducted to provide admission to candidates in Interior Design, Urban Design, and Construction Technology courses. Besides, the varsity also provides admission to candidates in Bachelor of Architecture course on the basis of NATA score. Further, the university also provides Higher Level B.Arch Admissions to candidates in the third year on the basis of their performance in the personal interview and presentation round.
