Engineering LPU - Lovely Professional University

If my college isn't AICTE certified, will it affect me from getting government jobs?

I am going to take admission in LPU and it is not AICTE certified.

Dear Aakash Private university and is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India. Further AICTE approval is not required for a university to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment CWP20

Hi, LPU already have UGC approval. Therefore, it does not need AICTE approval. LPU students are already working in various sectors such as government, Private. LPU students are working abroad also. University seeks UGC recognition and if it is recognised AICTE is not mandatory. You are ofcourse eligible for government jobs.

Hello! Being an alumni of LPU, I would like to bring into your notice that LPU does not require an AICTE approval since it is already approved by UGC, a statutory body of the Government of India. This is because universities do not require AICTE approval compulsorily. AICTE approval is not required
