If we go through scores,last year cmat feb cutoff was 157(94 percentile),this cmat i.e cmat 2016 i have got 166(91 per) shall i apply?

    You have an outside chance of getting a call. While it certainly it is a risk, it is a good strategy to apply to a couple of colleges which are above your percentile. SIMSR is definitely a good choice in such a case.
