If we take reappear or improvement exams will there be a mention of that on the final marksheet in LPU?

No it is not mentioned on the marksheet however more time would be taken for your degree to be alloted in some cases as the whole process overall is delayed.

It is not mentioned on the result but it can cause a delay while receiving your degree until you get your reappear exams clear. While Improvement exams are just to improve your grades This both won't be mentioned on your result.
