    Hello,
Well, every branch is good in its own way. So, it solely depends on your interest. If you are from any branch, you are interested in, then you will really achieve big things. So, go for your interest rather than scopes.

Currently, electrical and mechanical are two branches in the best form. But one should choose the branch according to his interest and passion. Best branches changes with time, if you look back computer/information technology are at pick but now it's at average level.
So go deep into your inner world find out your passion or interest then take your own decision.

See it all depends on your choice or interest, if you are interested in any branch then you can excel in any field. But as we saw there are major jobs in the IT sector so, if you see regarding placements you should go for CSE or IT branch, else you can choose any according to your interest.

Every branch has it's own criteria of advantages and it definitely depends upon ones individual thought process as to which branch will be best for him/her. Speaking according to my point of view CSE and IT are the best branches to pursue B.Tech. All the best.
