In which college can I get admission to pursue CSE, electronics or electrical engineering with 78 marks in JEE Mains exam and 80% in HSC?

Hi,
Good to know that you have scored well in JEE Mains. I can advise you some private colleges but it would be more relevant if you the use rank and college predictor of Shiksha.com.
It is very helpful. -
You can apply for SRMEE whose deadline is 25th April. Hurry up because your 78 marks will get you nothing unless you are SC/ST.

From this year onwards, AIR of JEE Mains is going to be decided based on marks obtained only in JEE Mains hence your 80% of HSC unfortunately will not help you. With only 78 marks out of 360 in JEE Mains, I am afraid you have almost no chance of getting admission in the branches you desire.
