Hello,Considering your background, MBA in Operations seems ideal. Though, you can choose the specialization purely based on your interests. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/articles/top-5-mba-specializations-in-india-blogId-3223

That would depend on what you wish to do in your future. Just like how our Bachelor's degree decides our future career. MBA is something people use as a tool to deviate their career or advance in their present career. If you prefer to stick with your current job in the future, I would suggest talking with your HR. Recruiters are well aware of what qualities and subject knowledge they want their candidate to have.

5 years agoChoosing specialization depends solely on individuals interest. Generally, you study subjects of all specialization in 1st year and that gives you an idea of your field of interest. If we see finance, it's more related to accounting, costing, numbers and calculations. Marketing is more related to analytical, presentations skills and communication skills. HR is more related to people's management, convincing, communication skills and good orating skills. Some new disciplines are introduced in most B-Schools like Data Science, Business Analytics which are equally good. At the end it's individuals confidence, comfort and interest.
