Is a part-time MBA somewhat equal to a full-time one?

Can part-time MBA be compared to fulltime MBA in some respects? Many schools’ programmes have identical syllabus. However, some recruiters still view part-time programs in a negative light. What’s your take on it?

    I am looking to do MBA HR from distance education. So, kindly help me out about this. It should be a part of full time education.

    You can Pursue if you are already into job then it help you in career growth but if you have to start your career then full Time degree is always recommened

    Full time MBA is good for those students who have not yet started their jobs. Part time for people who are into their jobs and still want to do MBA.

    One of the biggest challenges of part time MBA is balancing work and your education. You are trying to juggle two balls : work and education. It can be very hard to balance both and do justice to both, one takes over other and you have to constantly keep up with them. In act of balancing, you have to lose some things. For instance, you may have to miss an awesome conference or training related to work if you have MBA finals that week or you may have to miss on a nice keynote speech by successful MBA alumni if you have work commitment at the same time.
