    You need to appear for the entrance. The admission is also based on meeting other criteria, which also includes minimum marks of your graduation. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors of Science Degree (Home Science or Medical or Non-Medical or Biosciences or Medical Science & Allied Medical or Nutrition & Dietetics or Food Technology) or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health & Allied Sciences or equivalent, subject to qualifying entrance exam (if any).     Yes, you are eligible. I can say this because my cousin did B.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc. In food Science. He did Food Science from LPU, phagwara.     Yes, you can apply for M.Sc. In Food and Nutrition after you have completed your graduation in Chemistry. Any graduate with a B.Sc. Degree in Botany/l or Zoology or Chemistry or Biology or Food and Nutrition/Microbiology/Food Science/Clinical Nutrition & dietetics/Home Science/Food technology can apply for M.Sc. In Food and Nutrition. The only condition is that the candidate should score at least 50% aggregate from a recognised institution.

    Yes, you can definitely do an M.Sc. In Food Technology once you have done your bachelor's in biotechnology. Since the minimum eligibility for doing an M.Sc. In Food Technology is a bachelor's degree in any of the following branches: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, etc.

    Yes of course. You can get admission. May be they will test you on the base of your aggregate. And mostly they will provide you admission without any entrance exams.
