Is BE CSE in UIET Chandigarh good over B.Tech CSE degrees?

Can I get UIET Chandigarh with general rank 46k in Jee Mains, (OBC-NCL rank 12500)? Also I'm gettin IEM kolkata CSE but routine there is very strict, and I got to know that if one wants to study on his own, the college provide no free time as such, so should I join UIET Chandigarh for BE-CSE stream?

    Dear Himanshu,
What do you want from an institution?
    1. A great industry related curriculum
    2. Great infrastructure supporting the technology trainings
    3. Teaching pedagogy which lets you understand and imbibe the programme skills?
    4. Professional enhancement
    5. Great placements? I am afraid both of these institutions won't be able to give you much of these due to mediocrity in their intellectual capital. I would suggest you to write LPU NEST and try for LPU, more than 700 companies recruit from he campus, more than 70 offer above 10 LPA, Microsoft and amazon are top re4cruiters at 42 LPA and 30.30 LPA !
