Is computer engineering at YMCA the same as computer science engineering? I have heard that both are different if so does it offers CSE?

Computer engineering is a combination of computer science and electrical engineering. So, there will be some extra subjects. Other than that, both, CE and CSE are basically the same. To answer your second question - YMCA only offers computer engineering.
