Hello, As an LPU alumni, it might make you feel that I am supporting LPU but this actually a reality and fact that LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. My lot of friends have done B.Tech, M.Tech from LPU and they have wonderful experience and they are doing great in their fields with handsome salary packages. LPU provides specialization also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. with a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 lakh per annum. As per the last year record of LPU The average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10lakh per annum. Yes, one of the best branches to study in engineering is CSE with the most experienced faculties and very good placements. LPU is a single campus private university in India located in Jalandhar,Punjab with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members with more than 200 programmes . LPU has a beautiful campus with a great infrastructure with all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation and still working for more. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, LPU will be an university I will suggest from where you can pursue your higher studies..

Hi, Yes, LPU is best to study CSE. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cyber security, IoT, data science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway elective that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur. In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned. The University also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students. If I talk about the placements, the preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms.
