Is Game Development available? If yes, which engine is used - unreal engine or unity?

I am looking forward to take admission in this college but not for game designing but for game development specifically.

    If you're serious about learning how things operate and how the engine's environment functions, Unity is the place to begin. Actually, Unity teaches you how to deal with the engine and code in a very straightforward manner, so that when you delve into Unreal Engine, you won't be overwhelmed by complexity. If you don't master Unity first, I believe you'll be unhappy with Unreal and may even quit up. Therefore, you should first master Unity.     If you're serious about learning how the engine works and how to adapt to its surroundings, Unity is the place to start. In fact, Unity prepares you for Unreal Engine by teaching you the basics of working with the engine and writing code in a straightforward manner. I believe you'll be dissatisfied if you go straight to Unreal without first mastering Unity. Get a handle on Unity first. Although the principles are same, the way code is written and scripts are attached to objects is different in Unreal Engine. Therefore, if you've already got a firm grasp of Unity, picking up Unreal Engine will take much less time.
