Is GATE exam necessary or BIT's entrance score would be sufficient for M.Tech structure engineering full time programme?

The admission in BITS-Pilani for ME. Structural Engineering are based on scores obtained in BITS HD or GATE entrance exams. You should go through the prospectus of the course provided by the university. -
The admission in BITS Pilani for M.E. Structural Engineering are based on scores obtained in BITS HD or GATE entrance exams or both. 50% of seats of M.E. Programs are filled through the BITS HD and 50% from GATE.
