I have done my MBA from LPU, so I will share the correct information with you. For MBA at LPU, you need to appear for LPU NEST Interview, and a minimum 55% is required in graduation. LPU does not consider GMAT scores. However, LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or CMAT or NMAT score is considered for scholarship only. For more details, you can visit the website and contact LPU counselors. www.lpu.in.
  • Dear Aishwarya,
The eligibility criteria for admission in MBA, MBA (Hons.), and MBA (specialized) applicant should be pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST (MBA) or CAT or XAT or MAT or CMAT and Interview. We do not consider GMAT for MBA admissions. Registration for an entrance test NEST is already started, you can apply from this link- https://nest.lpu.in/mba/index.php
LPU offers scholarship as well on the basis of our previous qualification percentage basis or else on the basis of performance in NEST. For more details about fee and scholarship, please vis

Yes, GMAT is acceptable in LPU, as if you have a good score then you will be getting scholarship on the basis of that also. No such fixed percentage is required but you need to have that good one so that you will be eligible for scholarship and you need to clear interview for admission in MBA. Your basics and current knowledge must be good. All the best.

    Hi Aishwarya,
No, GMAT is not considered in LPU but valid score of CAT XAT MAT CMAT are considered. LPU conducts its own entrance exam I. e LPU NEST which is necessary for some programmes but Scholarship Exam for all programmes. But due to COVID-19 now for MBA programme students only have to clear the interview. Eligibility for MBA programme is a minimum 55% aggregate marks in graduation any discipline and you have to qualify the Interview as well. To qualify the interview is mandatory. But if you want to get scholarship then you can give LPU NEST.
