Yes, if English is not the applicant’s first language, and if one does not hold an approved qualification as evidence of English language ability, then he / she has to provide proof of English language proficiency. IELTS score will be accepted by BPP University for the same. BPP University IELTS requirement varies course-wise and can be checked from the table given below:

BSc Accounting and Finance, BSc Accounting and Finance with Digital Business	Overall 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in no more than two components
Postgraduate courses	Overall 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in no more than two components
BSc Nursing (Pre-Reg) (All variants), Legal Practice Course (LPC) (All variants)	Overall 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component
Barrister Training Course (All variants)	Overall 7.5 with a minimum of 7.5 in each component

Note: The test scores required in PTE Academic and TOEFL vary from programme to program. Hence, it is advised to check with BPP University to know about the same.
