Hi Vishnu,
Interdisciplinary education is a way in which you can choose two disciplines at the same time. This refers to doing Majors in one course and Minors in another. This allows students to gain extra skills over those of others. As far as my information goes, very few Indian institutes are there to offer such courses, and you'll need to consider your options with care. They allows useful Majors-Minors options such as Civil Engineering with Computer Science and Engineering OR Computer science and Engineering with Maths OR Electronics and Communication engineering with Economics and more.
