Is it a good choice to pursue B.Tech from LPU?

I have got Rs. 80,000 as a scholarship in LPU. I secured 80000 rank in UPTU and scored 76% in HSC.

    Without any second thought, You can take admission in B.Tech, I did my BBA-MBA from this University and I have few friends from Engineering department. I will discuss Few points that will help you to make your decision:
    Engineering from LPU is good I bet you will never feel regret after spending 4 year in this University. Here, Academics is incomparable. The syllabus is upgraded every other year. You get chances to participate in many national and international competitions like Hacker earth and thus you get a bigger platform to experience things if you have the potential.     Hai Devesh, There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. LPU is an international university with more than 700+ tie ups with industries and companies to support academic and placement of his students.     Hello Devesh,
    It might make you feel that I am supporting LPU but this actually a reality and fact that LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. My lot of friends have done B.Tech, M.Tech from LPU and they have wonderful experience and they are doing great in their fields with handsome salary packages.LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities.     I personally feel B.Tech from LPU is the best engineering degree as compared to the Engineering degrees from any other institute. LPU provides the latest curriculum which is accepted at industry level, industrial exposures and the best placement depending upon the caliber of the student. In terms of placements, more than 550 companies (more than 90% being MNC's) visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU.     If you are getting any government college from UPTU, then go for that else you can choose LPU as a good option as I can see getting good scholarship amount also from LPU in tuition fee so can go for it.

    Hello,
    Yes, it is one of the best options to go for B.Tech, especially CSE branch. LPU provides quality education at a reasonable cost and very good placements as well. It is full of exposures and opportunities and not only focuses on academic sectors but improves the overall learning curve of its students. FYI:-I would like to tell you that this year LPU announced a Special Schedule For Councelling for B.Tech who appeared for JEE Examination (January) or students who qualified LPU NEST Schedule 1.
