Is it a good choice to pursue B.Tech from LPU?

Without any second thought, You can take admission in B.Tech, I did my BBA-MBA from this University and I have few friends from Engineering department. I will discuss Few points that will help you to make your decision: Engineering from LPU is good I bet you will never feel regret after spending 4 year in this University. Here, Academics is incomparable. The syllabus is upgraded every other year. You get chances to participate in many national and international competitions like Hacker earth and thus you get a bigger platform to experience things if you have the potential. Opportunities are not less its just you to grab them. Teachers, their co-operation also makes the first count. Apart from academics, the more important thing is that you also grow more as a person. There are uncountable programs, conferences and competitions internally going on every time. You will learn many skills like leadership, team work any many more along with academics which makes you perfect. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. LPU students getting huge packages in major companies is some news that you can read almost everywhere. So, you can be sure that you'll be able to get a good job (of course, as long as you do your part in the interviews). LPU adapts the latest in technological innovations with some of the course assessments being carried out on competitive programming platforms such as HackerRank, HackerEarth, and Codecs. Hai Devesh, There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. LPU is an international university with more than 700+ tie ups with industries and companies to support academic and placement of his students. My cousin sister done her B.Tech in CSE from here and she got placed in Cognizant with top package. Other friends of her also placed in other companies such as Capgemini, Tech. Mahindra, BOSCH, Amazon, SAP, Texas Instruments, Cadence, Sandisk, Moserbear. Their junior Tanya Arora who is recently in news, got placed in Microsoft with 42 LPA. So, we have no doubt that LPU is best and a bench marks for placement and internships of students not only in CSE but also in other courses. One more point I want to highlight here is that the scholarships offered by LPU helps a student without any monetary burden. Now, LPU has floated COVID-19 Front-line Scholarship for COVID survivors and their dependents as well which is the best possible effort it can provide to target every aspirant in this current scenario. Hello Devesh, It might make you feel that I am supporting LPU but this actually a reality and fact that LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. My lot of friends have done B.Tech, M.Tech from LPU and they have wonderful experience and they are doing great in their fields with handsome salary packages.LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA. LPU prepares student for placement by giving lot of extra inputs like personality development class, soft skills class, etc. and this is a part of the curriculum. I personally feel B.Tech from LPU is the best engineering degree as compared to the Engineering degrees from any other institute. LPU provides the latest curriculum which is accepted at industry level, industrial exposures and the best placement depending upon the caliber of the student. If you are getting any government college from UPTU, then go for that else you can choose LPU as a good option as I can see getting good scholarship amount also from LPU in tuition fee so can go for it.

Hello, Yes, it is one of the best options to go for B.Tech, especially CSE branch. LPU provides quality education at a reasonable cost and very good placements as well. It is full of exposures and opportunities and not only focuses on academic sectors but improves the overall learning curve of its students. FYI:-I would like to tell you that this year LPU announced a Special Schedule For Councelling for B.Tech who appeared for JEE Examination (January) or students who qualified LPU NEST Schedule 1.
