Here are a few tips to wisely select the right branch of engineering : The big dilemma: Branch or College? My take: both are important, branch, as well as the college and you, have to be really fortunate to be the one to get both, Stick to your interest and Look beyond four years. I have my relative who is pursuing a B.Tech in CSE there. LPU offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. 1. Being an alumni I would like to share my thoughts on this as I have many friends in CSE stream which had placed in eminent institutions and found themselves fortunate. As both streams are good in their own level. Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc. Nonetheless, You are having numerous number of benefits which are available to the Hons students. The following are the utilities available ; 1 Placements :Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement.
