Is it a good choice to pursue B.Tech in IT from LPU?

LPU is like a big name and has big campus but it is not what it shows in the good looking advertisements. It is just their marketing strategy.

If you are not getting any government colleges whether it is central or state then in private, you can go for IPS option as it is providing good facilities like infrastructure, faculty, labs and placement is overall good. So, you can go for that.

I would say LPU has it all for perfect learning, especially for engineering, be it any branch. I have few friends from LPU who were enrolled in B.Tech IT. Students will develop competence in areas like Networking, Web Development, Cloud Computing etc. One of my close experienced friend study experience at LPU same stream helps me to concludes that: To enable the students LPU keeps pace with changing technological advances, the university has industrial tie-ups with various industries. Studying these courses as a part of the curriculum provides the WILD CARD entry to the industry. Some of the industrial Tie-ups include Google, SAP, Cisco, Bosch, Dell EMC, VMware, PEGA Systems, Intel, Microsoft. Many tech giants enforcing the students to adapt to technology advances. LPU provides Instill knowledge in the major areas of IT and Engineering such as Artificial Intelligence, Networking, Databases, Data Analytics, Web Development, and Cloud Computing. Comparisons are must before taking step in any college or university for education. I faced lot of confusion in selection of university at the time of my graduation. After long comparison I felt good for LPU. It gave me extra edge in everything. I am an alumni of LPU and My real brother is LPU passed out with CSE and I have seen and heard his experience during his UG. From infrastructure to faculty members. The most important priorities of LPU is best quality of education and placements at great places. They follow these things and result is lot of deserved and eligible students got the best places. Even my brother also is working at MNC with very good reputed brand those who are not able to achieve anything due to their own mistakes then Grapes are sour. You understand what I mean. Moreover, LPU has Best Lifestyle and College Life. You will find lot of things to enjoy apart from the education. LPU campus is well planned and advanced in terms of facilities and technologies. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. You will find the students and staff from about 50 Countries; from Cities, Suburbs, small Towns; from every ethnic & religious background. There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance. The definition of best varies from person to person. The top engineering colleges in India in 2020 include 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIIT Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, ISM Dhanbad and many other private colleges.
