    I think I can throw some light on the efforts of LPU as one of my neighbourer who took admission last year appreciated the continuous efforts of the organisation. She always mention that pursuing B.Tech from LPU is one of the best decision of her life. She highlighted the following:
    1. International tie-ups with more than 200 countries
    2. Developing analytical, communication and decision making skills of students
    3. Core courses, departmental electives, pathways, Engineering Minor, training elective, open minors are offered to the students for better learning and understanding.

    Yes Adesh. LPU is the best choice and you should pursue B.Tech IT from LPU without any doubt. I can share some parameters on the basis of which you will be able to decide. I am an Alumni of LPU and have done some recent research as my cousin has taken admission in B.Tech recently. I will share the information with you. Highlights of the programme:

    Lovely Professional University is one of the finest university that I know of. Be it academics, placements or extra-curricular activities. And I am saying this because one of my friend has done B.Tech from LPU only and right now she is working with Amazon. Few points which will help you to take decision:-

    As far as I know this is an Engineering programme that seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like Networking, Web Development, Cloud Computing, etc. IT at LPU is much recommendable. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPUPET or PET that refers to the Physical Efficiency Test of LPU is exercised offline. Fitness is evaluated through running, jumping, and sports drills that are not done online or on the campus premises.

LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
