Is it a good option to do B.Tech from non-tier 1 engineering colleges or shall I pursue B.Sc in computer science form Tier-1 colleges?

I can't pursue B.Tech from IITs, NITs and BITS.

    If your long term career target is MBA then any graduation degree such B.Sc CS or BBA is right graduation degree for you.

    It is okay to do B.Tech from any college of your are interested your placement doesn't depend totally on the college but upon you. Take time and decide what you are interested in B.Sc or B.Tech, then you can do it from anywhere you want.
