Is it a problem if the date of passing entered on the IBPS PO application form is slightly different from the real one?

<p>It is generally not advisable to provide false or misleading information on any official application form, including the IBPS PO application form. If the date of passing entered on the form is different from the real one, it could potentially be considered as providing false information and could lead to disqualification from the application process. Applicants must cross check the information before submitting their application forms. Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are not eligible to appear for the exam. Candidates need to submit proper document against their educational qualification at the time of the interview. The date of passing the eligibility examination is the date appearing on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by University/Institute.</p>
