Going for MBA after work experience is more favorable, the only reason is you have experience of corporate world. You can easily get the issues and concerns during management. Even organizations visiting for campus placements favor work-ex-students more as compared to fresher. If work-ex is 1-3 years than MBA/PGDM for 2 years from a premiere institute is a good option.

    Hi,
It is totally up to you. Some opt for work experience and some are freshers. But, if you have confidence in yourself that you can do better then why not choose MBA first.
Now coming to the benefits of having work ex:
You will know how to handle the pressure in a B-school. You will be able to analyse the situation better than others and also when you will be selected through CAT (after scoring a good percentile) then work ex will give you some extra points.
So, analyse yourself what abilities you have then go for MBA or a job.

Work experience is highly welcomed. The employer sometimes sponsors your study. You may get many benefits, accruing in your service later. A job initially gives you financial stability.
