Is it advisable to leave the company and join PSG? I am placed in a company with 20k salary. What is the minimum CTC?

The average package offered here is Rs.5 to Rs.5.5 lakhs per annum. If You would like to change your field and get into administration and TOP management level it will be a good option. Minimum ctc was Rs.3.4 lakhs per annum.
