Is it compulsory to appear for CAT/MAT/GMAT to get admission in LPU?

Hi, It is not mandatory to appear for CAT/MAT/GMAT to get Admission in Mittal School of Business, LPU. Earlier it was LPUNEST which was mandatory to qualify but due to Covid outbreak across the country the selection process is relaxed a bit, the entrance exam will now act as scholarship exam, and he interview will be the major criteria, however you need to have 55% plus marks in your graduation for eligibility. In order to take admission in LPU, you have to be eligible. On inquiring I came to know that the eligibility is 55% in Graduation + Interview CAT/MAT/GAT are not mandatory to appear, you can appear in LPUNEST(remotely online proctored test from home will be conducted) which serves two purposes i.e Eligibility and Scholarship. I also came to know that LPU do offer scholarship to provide financial assistance to the students: 1.On the basis of marks in previous class 2.LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship 3.Some national level tests like JEE mains, NATA, NEET, UCEED, CAT, XAT, MAT , CMAT, NMAT, GPAT, GATE etc. 4.Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. 5.Board Toppers 6.For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities 7.Defence personnels and central armed police forces(CAPF) dependents 8.
