Also,Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboration of the concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness, and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut-off score only you will be considered as qualified or not. Hence, whatever is the specialization that you are wishing to opt for the faculty of the core domain will be checking you on that and keeping in mind the above competencies stated. Dear Harika, It is not compulsory to appear for CAT/MAT/GMAT to get admission in LPU for an MBA. I have also completed an MBA from LPU. If you have not qualified for CAT/MAT/GMAT, then you have to qualify for the LPUNEST exam and an interview to get admission to an MBA programme at LPU.
