    You can do MBA as it is not necessary to be in a particular field. As you have completed your B.Sc, then you can appear for an entrance exam and take admission in a decent business school.

    No, it's not difficult. At PG level, you will learn about the HR principles with practical learning. Many professionals come from different fields and do MBA in HR.
