While NCERT textbooks are great for building a strong foundation in subjects like History, Geography, and Constitutional Law, they are not enough to clear CLAT 2026 on their own. The CLAT syllabus requires a deeper understanding of topics like Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, and Advanced Logical Reasoning, which may not be fully covered by NCERT alone. To excel in CLAT, you need to supplement your studies with specialised CLAT preparation books, mock tests, newspapers for current affairs, and previous year papers. NCERT should be part of your preparation, but not the only resource.
