The IGCSE board mainly prepares you for admission abroad. If you wish to pursue any degree in India, its better to switch to CBSE or ICSE but ensure that you have checked the syllabus and are well prepared to take this challenge. The entrances for all courses are based on Indian curriculum so another option is to take coaching simultaneously with your 11th and 12th. -
There is no problem, if you switch from one board to the another the only thing that depends upon is the quality of education that you get if you are studying in ICSE school and you are getting a poor quality of education then you are the wrong place so the thing that only depends upon is the quality of education, so look forward for the best school and get admission in it.
