Yes, you need to apply at your state bar council for appearing in AIBE 2024. The application process for AIBE 2024 was as follows:
1. Go to the All India Bar Examination AIBE website.
2. Click on the "Apply Online" tab.
3. Create an account and log in.
4. Fill out the application form.
5. Upload the required documents.
6. Pay the application fee.
