NIT Raipur is worth. It is the best college for placements, and it is suitable for hardworking students.
Placements: Metallurgical and materials engineering is a very good branch. We get a lot of free time as the subject is mostly practical. In GATE 2020, our college ranked 41 from the metallurgical department.

I think it does not matter in which NIT you are studying, what matters is that the branch that you have taken is of your interest, as when you get job, you will perform better when it is of your interest. One should not care about the package but care about his or her interest.

This decision lies on your interests, if you are interested very much in CSE and you don't want to compromise on the subject, it would be better if you stick to NIT Raipur, it won't make much difference with CSE as branch, it would matter the way you study during your college life.
If you are not desperate for CSE, then NIT Trichy is always better, Metallurgy is a really good branch of study and if you didn't like the course in the period of study, you can always develop your skills set in NIT-Trichy, as there are lots of clubs to help you out, and would nurture you well.

    Hii
Let's break it down to your options according to conditions.
If you're interested in metallurgy (which may not be the case, but Google out about it and do some research, you may end up liking it), then NIT-Trichy is the place to go. Even if you don't like metallurgy, there is still a way. You can take it up and join NIT-Trichy, and then study hard in the first year and get slid up to one of the core engineering branches. Also, I have heard that it's decently easy.
But if you're still keen on not taking a chance and taking CSE in Raipur, which should be the case if you want to bet on the high probability of securing a high paying job
