Amity University, Mumbai is a UGC certified college and shifting to another college won't be a problem. Whereas, I will personally suggest not to shift the college as Amity University, Mumbai offers a very well planned and elaborate course with great opportunities and exposure for the students.

Amity University, Mumbai offers you immense opportunities for M.Sc Biotechnology. I personally feel that you should continue your M.Sc in Amity University itself. There are Hi-Tech labs here for Biotech students.
