Is it possible for me to do a course in cookery culinary without attending classes as I am working as sous chef in Dubai from last 7 yrs?
I have done O level from Dubai in British curriculum and had gone for Advanced Diploma course from Australia Melbourne Carrick Institute of hotel management in 2007 but could not complete due to unavoidable circumstances and in 2010, only finished 75%course.

If you are a sous chef, I believe that you have already got skills and asking this question suggests that you are not confident about your skills.
Well, If you were a fresher without any skill I would have suggested that you can't do it but since you are already a chef with 7-years of experience, you can enhance your skills by watching videos online and practicing those recipes at home. You can also purchase books and read them. See, culinary is an art that you will learn only by practice. -
Culinary arts is an hands-on experience course. I say it would be difficult to get a certification without attending classes.
