Yes, you can apply for NDA but for clearing exam you have to study 10+2 Maths, then only you will be able to clear cutoff for Maths paper. -

Yes, you can join National Defence Academy via commerce field but in the entrance exam, maths is compulsory and you have to be good in maths to join it.
