Yes, sure. You can if you have bags full of money. But it's possible only in private colleges. If you are really into M.Tech, you better study and get into some reputed college GATE. Good luck. -

BIT Mesra- Test in July
Delhi University (electronics only) -Test and interview/GD in mid-June
