As long as you enjoy what you do and commit yourself to generation of significant value, you won't feel the pressure. On the contrary, when you see yourself as an isolated individual in a larger eco-system being tormented by the stresses of work pressure, it perhaps is not the job you want to be doing. Do what you love and everything will fit right into perspective. Also, don't chase money. Let it chase you instead. This is not true of corporate jobs alone.
    Good luck to you.
