Is it viable to switch to arts from Science? I have completed my 12th HSC and expect 75%. Is it enough to get into good colleges in Mumbai?
I am currently a Computer Science student but I want to pursue M.A. In psychology. Also, what is the scope of the subject in India?

Yes, you can change your subject from Science to Arts for under graduate course. You will get admission as well. But it is very important to choose the right subject and does that subject has a scope in making up a career. Research on this before you choose the subject. -
Yes, you can get good college in Mumbai with this percentage. You can opt art. If you perform well, you can get good career ahead with art too. Good luck.
