Is it worth applying in SIMC-B in terms of ROI? I got a call from this college.

Ranking wise SIMC-P is better than SIMC-B. You cannot expect as much of an ROI at SIMC-B. It is like comparing an IIM-Ahmedabad to IIM-Raipur.
