    NIA gives you dual MBA degree where Insurance is compulsory and other either Finance/Marketing/HR/IT. But only Insurance Domain companies come for placements. Average package was 6.92lpa. Some companies were SBI Life/General, IBM, Cognizant, ICICI Pru, Bajaj Life/General, Syntel, Majesco, Universal Sompo, Marsh, Howden, JLT, etc.
  • NIA is more to Insurance Courses. You can choose as a specialisation but mostly you will be getting placement in insurance based industry. Average package is 6.81 lacs p.a., companies from insurance including life and general insurance companies. IT companies in insurance vertical, & Insurance Brokers etc. Bajaj life and general SBI general and Life ICICI life and general, IBM, Wipro., Accenture., Syntel, Brokers like Marsh, JLT, Mahindra brokers etc are the companies came last year.
